Does Cayro do estimating, bids or invoicing?
No. Cayro plans and tracks jobs, costs, materials orders, inspections and client updates. It doesn't produce estimates, bids or invoices, or process payments.
Where does a job's actual cost come from?
From logged time at each person's hourly cost rate, expenses, and linked purchase orders once they are approved, sent or received. Nothing is estimated.
Can subcontractors use it?
Anyone you add as a team member can use the parts of Cayro their role allows. Clients use the separate portal and never see staff pages.
