Questions
Can Cayro store medical records?
No. Cayro is operations software, not an electronic health record. Keep clinical notes and medical records in your clinical system, and check your own privacy obligations, such as HIPAA in the US, before collecting health information in a form.
Do clients need an account to book?
No. They choose a service and time and enter their name and email. A portal login is only needed if you invite them to your client portal.
Does Cayro take deposits or payments?
No. Cayro Bookings doesn't take payment at booking.
