Weekly inventory count sheet
A weekly inventory count sheet turns guesswork into numbers: what you have, what you used and what you need to order. Count the same way every week and the numbers become reliable.
When to use it: Count once a week at the same time, ideally before ordering and when stock is lowest, such as before a delivery.
Columns to record for each item

Tips
- List items in the order they sit on the shelves; counting goes faster and fewer items are skipped.
- Have someone who didn't receive the deliveries do the count when you can.
- In Cayro, counts can be blind (counters don't see expected quantities) and a manager reviews the differences before stock is adjusted.
